Guru Nanak Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology (GNIPST) was established in 2005 under the aegis of Guru Nanak Education Trust and the JIS Group, with a vision to nurture world-class healthcare professionals, scientific researchers, and visionary industry innovators.
Located on an expansive, lush green campus at Panihati, Kolkata, GNIPST has the distinction of being the first autonomous pharmacy institute in Eastern India accredited by both NAAC and NBA. The institute is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT) and approved by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
